Joining the program
You must be at least 18, legally able to participate where you operate, and approved by Fine Erotica before your referrals can earn commission. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Fine Erotica is the website brand used for this program. Contact info@fine-erotica.com with program questions.
Commission
Commission is 20% of the amount actually paid for eligible films after discounts, excluding tax/VAT and amounts refunded or charged back. Payment-provider processing fees do not reduce this commission basis. Complimentary films and assets included within a package do not earn a separate commission. Amounts are accounted for in US dollars and rounded down to the nearest cent per order.
Referral attribution
We use the last eligible referral before checkout. The referring affiliate must be approved, the shopper must choose referral tracking, and the referral must be less than 30 days old when payment is confirmed. Checkout fixes the candidate referral; an unpaid order cannot extend the 30-day period. Direct visits and ineligible, expired or self-referrals do not replace a valid earlier referral. Attribution is not guaranteed across browsers or devices, or when a shopper declines tracking or withdraws consent before a new order.
No self-referrals or artificial referrals
You must not earn commission from your own purchases, purchases through another account you control, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, automated clicks, misleading links or fabricated transactions. Purchases using your own customer account are blocked from earning your commission. We may investigate suspected evasion before approving a payout. We do not promise that every linked or alternate account can be detected automatically.
When commission becomes available
Commission is recorded only after the payment provider has verified a completed payment. It is held for 30 consecutive days from settlement. Pending, failed, expired or unverified payments do not earn payable commission. If tax or financial evidence is incomplete, payout approval is paused until it is reconciled; we will not guess a tax deduction or count an unresolved dispute as a confirmed loss.
Refunds and chargebacks
Confirmed refunds and merchant-funded chargeback or dispute losses reduce commission. Partial adjustments recalculate the remaining commission cumulatively so a full reversal cannot exceed the original commission. Dispute fees are not deducted from the commission basis, and a buyer reimbursement funded entirely by the provider is not automatically treated as a merchant loss. Original accounting entries are retained and adjustments are recorded separately.
Reversals after payout
A refund or chargeback after a payout may leave a negative commission balance. Future earnings offset that balance. We do not automatically debit your bank account or wallet to collect it. A refund or unresolved financial discrepancy can invalidate an unpaid payout approval and require a fresh review.
Monthly manual payouts
Eligible payouts are reviewed once per calendar month using UTC accounting periods. Your available balance must be at least US$50 after holds, reversals and existing payout reservations. Smaller balances carry forward. Each payout requires owner approval and is sent manually to a privately verified recipient; the website does not automatically send funds. A displayed balance or draft proposal is not confirmation that payment has been sent.
Payment details and tax documents
The payout method, recipient details, any transfer fees, currency conversion and legally required tax documents or withholding must be agreed and recorded before payout. No unapproved transfer fee is deducted from your commission. Legally required withholding is recorded separately from the commission calculation. Do not put bank details, wallet credentials or tax documents in referral URLs or public messages.
Responsible promotion
Use only material you are authorized to share. Do not target minors, make false claims, misrepresent prices or access, distribute paid download links or disclose customer information. Clearly explain your commission relationship beside your recommendation or referral link, for example: ‘I earn a commission if you buy through this link.’ Do not rely on a hidden disclosure or the words ‘affiliate link’ alone.
Approval, pauses and ending participation
Fine Erotica may pause new referrals or end participation for a breach of these terms or a documented program decision. A pause does not silently erase valid accounting records or legitimate earnings from an already eligible order. Refund and chargeback adjustments continue to apply. Any disputed balance or final settlement will be reviewed with you; there is no automatic forfeiture merely because a balance is below the payout minimum.
Records and questions
Your dashboard shows your own commission balances and payout states, not customer identities or film-purchase details. Contact info@fine-erotica.com if you believe a referral, adjustment or payout record is wrong. We retain records needed to explain and correct the calculation. These terms do not authorize access to paid films or change customer payment or refund rights.
